  • What methods of payment do you accept, And how do I pay? Is advance payment required?
    We accept most major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, any card that you’re able to use with PayPal. We also accept payment through cash app and Venmo all payments are due at the time of booking to secure scheduling - unfortunately we are unable to hold transportation bookings without payment.
  • How will my driver know where to find me and communicate with me once I arrive?
    All drivers send out introductory text messages to their passengers 24 hours in advance, as well as two hours prior to arrival. Additionally, your driver will notify you when he has arrived and is awaiting your arrival.
  • What if my flight is late or canceled, will my driver know?
    Cobalt Transport Services reviews customer flight plans regularly - any changes will be sent to you via text or email, and alternative transportation arranged when necessary.
  • Refunds
    All payments are required in advance to secure travel dates and times are secured - to request a refund please reach out to our billing team directly: billing@cobalttransport.com
  • Do you provide booster seats, car seats for children?
    We provide booster seats and car seats for children - safety seats accommodate children infant size to eight years old. Please let us know in advance if there will be infants, or children on board.
